We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers in the Illawarra/Shoalhaven region , with consistent rostered work based in Shell Cove . In this role, you will: Provide person-centred support Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities Maintain accurate documentation and follow individual support and behaviour plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care What we offer Ongoing training and career development Consistent rosters and supportive team culture Wellness initiatives and access to the Sonder wellbeing app – 24/7 support Access to an employee rewards hub providing savings and cashback across everyday purchases Requirements NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement Valid unrestricted drivers licence Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers) Ability to support a participant with complex needs using a trauma-informed, patient, and consistent approach Background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care etc. Want to chat about this role?
