About the Role Embrace Community Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to assist NDIS participants across Newcastle, Charlestown, and Argenton . You’ll support clients to live independently, participate in their community, and achieve their personal goals in a safe and caring environment. Key Responsibilities Provide daily living and personal care support (e.g., showering, dressing, meal preparation). Assist clients with community access, appointments, and recreational activities. Support clients to develop life skills and maintain independence. Follow individual support plans and NDIS goals. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes. Promote respect, inclusion, and dignity in all interactions. Requirements Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Disability / Community Services (or working toward). Minimum 6 months experience in disability or aged care (NDIS experience preferred). Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (WWCC).
