Tattersall's Club is one of Brisbane's best kept secrets Join Tattersall's Club today We are looking for an experienced, driven and focused Member Services Agent to join our Member concierge team in a full time capacity. In the role of Member Services Agent, you will provide high-quality service to our Members and guests, to ensure a personalised and valuable experience. You will be an outgoing people‑person who is able to connect with a variety of Members and Guests. Summary of Key Responsibilities Be the warm and welcoming ‘face’ of Tattersall’s Club; Proactively monitor activity on arrival to the Club, making Members and Guests feel welcome and special; Administration Duties: Perform general reception administrative duties, including managing incoming calls, and handling correspondence to ensure smooth front office operations; Assist in ensuring all Members, guests and visitors adherence to Club guidelines such as dress code; Promote Club facilities, social/food & beverage offerings for Members; Look for opportunities to engage and build relationships with Guests to create personalised experiences from start to finish; Strong knowledge and awareness of local/CBD attractions and food and beverage offerings to create valuable and memorable experiences; Have the availability to work shift work, weekends and public holidays. Other Requirements Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a solutions‑focused mentality with a strong emphasis on customer service. Time and Resource Management: Efficiently manage time and resources, maintaining calm and adaptability. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Exhibit a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Personal Presentation: Maintain exceptional personal presentation and interpersonal communication. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
