We have an unrelenting strategic focus on; powerful brands, innovative products and exceptional people which drives our success.About the opportunityWe are looking for a highly motivated, business minded sales professional to service several Bunnings Warehouses across the South-East Melbourne region to develop and enhance our business and customer base across an already successful area.Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the key responsibilities of this role include:· Manage and support TTI portfolio (Ryobi, AEG etc.) in territory of Bunnings stores (Oakleigh, Springvale and Dandenong) to achieve sales out targets and Company set Key Performance Indicators· Actively build and manage positive business relationships with all Bunnings store key decision makers in your territory· Present new product, quarterly brand plans & media activity to all relevant Bunnings store personnel and act upon all business development and sales opportunities· Promote the Commercial program to store key decision makers, whilst gaining commercial leads that will generate new trade brand users· Monitor Bunnings Top Stock inventory, ensure merchandising standards are at the highest level and engage with consumers / end users at every opportunity· Develop and maintain your product knowledge by attending Sanction Training courses, attending product functions and completing online training.· Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity & the overall performance of the Bunnings stores within your territoryAbout you:· Minimum 2 years retail/sales experience· Demonstrated experience in business driving· Ability to build strong relationships, with excellent verbal and written communication· Intermediate - advanced level understanding of Salesforce/Sales cloud and/or ERP system· Have an intermediate level understanding of Outlook & Microsoft Office applicationsIn return you will be rewarded with:· A competitive salary· A fully maintained company vehicle· Mobile phone allowance· Participation in a bonus scheme· The opportunity to develop new skills within a fast growing and energetic organisationIf you fit the above attributes and are excited at the prospect of joining a large, successful and dynamic organisation, then please without delay click on APPLY NOW Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Industries Retail Appliances, Electrical, and Electronic Equipment and Retail Building Materials and Garden Equipment Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Techtronic Industries Australia & New Zealand by 2x Get notified about new Salesperson jobs in Springvale, Victoria, Australia .
