Yardsman - Concrete Pumping

About the Role This is a full-time yard-based position supporting the daily operations of our fleet, including mobile concrete pumps and tower pumps . You will work closely with operators and management to ensure equipment, vehicles and the yard are maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities General yard maintenance, cleaning, and organisation Assist with the preparation, washing, and upkeep of mobile and tower pumping equipment Load and unload materials, tools and consumables Basic mechanical support where required Ensuring all equipment is safe, compliant, and ready for daily operation Support operators with pump setup and pack-down when required What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a yard, mechanical, construction or plant environment preferred A strong work ethic and positive, reliable attitude Ability to work safely and follow procedures Valid driver’s licence (HR licence highly regarded) Forklift licence beneficial but not essential What We Offer Stable, full-time employment with a respected industry leader Supportive team environment Opportunities to learn and grow within the concrete pumping industry Exposure to both mobile and tower pump operations If you're hardworking, eager to learn and enjoy a hands-on role, we’d love to hear from you.
