As a Front Office Team Leader (Nights) at View Melbourne, you will oversee hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring the property’s safety and security while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This Part‑Time Position will assist in providing coverage for RDOs and Annual Leave for our Night Crew; Ideal for those looking for 2‑3 shifts per week. About the role Conduct the night audit and oversee financial controls such as revenue auditing, accounts payable, credit card transactions, and purchasing policies Collaborate with hotel management to monitor financial performance and identify discrepancies Maintain hotel safety, security and emergency procedures Assist in checking in late arriving and early departing guests, providing the highest level of service About You A true night owl with the ability to work consistent overnight shifts (11 pm‑7 am) Supervisory experience in hotel Front Office operations Organised, dependable, and confident, working independently Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment Genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences Professional presentation and a proactive, can‑do attitude Proficiency in hotel systems/PMS (HMS or similar) is an advantage Benefits Set Days – No Rotating Rosters Free On‑Site Parking Free Uniform & Dry Cleaning Exceptional Food and Beverage Discounts Discounted accommodation throughout the View Hotel Group for you and your family & friends #J-18808-Ljbffr
