What You’ll Be Doing Leverage performance data, market trends, competitor and patient insights to create compelling content across all channels, with a focus on digital channels such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Lead the creative process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring assets are engaging and aligned with channel best practice. Drive A/B testing, creative iteration, and rapid experimentation to maintain a continuous learning approach. Regularly monitor ad performance and provide actionable insights to guide future creative. Collaborate with content creators, producers, designers, and video editors to produce high‑quality work that grows the brand. Utilise cultural events as sources of inspiration to create topical content that builds cult brand awareness. About You (Who You Are) 5+ years of experience as a creative strategist or in similar roles, with in‑house experience as a bonus. Passionate about creative trends and new platforms, combining ideas with data to deliver effective marketing. Proactive and driven to continuously optimise and improve creative work. Proven track record in performance creative, producing successful ads and UGC. Familiarity with content shoots; being on set, directing talent, collaborating with videographers.
