Cellar Door Promotions Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cellar Door Promotions Manager to join our team at Barossa Valley Estate. Reporting to the General Manager, Winemaking and Viticulture, this permanent, full-time role is responsible for delivering an exceptional Barossa Valley wine region visitor experience and building a global community of brand advocates. Key Responsibilities Lead the Cellar Door operation, ensuring an impeccably presented and welcoming environment for all visitors Host wine tastings, sharing knowledge of our wines, Barossa Valley Estate, and the Barossa Valley region Drive sales and manage wine order packing and despatch Develop and execute the annual Cellar Door business plan, including marketing initiatives and local event activations Build and maintain networks with local influencers and businesses to facilitate visitor referrals Manage consumer database and communicate new releases Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of Cellar Door Hosts, fostering a culture of impeccable customer service Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, food service regulations, and occupational health and safety policies Manage daily sales, stock, cash reconciliation, and procurement About You Proven experience in hospitality management and retail marketing Demonstrated success in people management and team development Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Experience in the wine industry (preferred) Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences Strong attention to detail, self-starting attitude, and collaborative spirit Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards Our Offer Competitive salary and benefits Supportive environment for your continued development and growth A culture where our values of Winning Together, Mastery, and Aiming High are at the heart of what we do Work in a breathtaking cellar door setting with magical Barossa winery experiences, set within our Estate vineyards in the Heart of the Barossa Valley If you are an experienced and motivated hospitality professional who would like to join our team, please apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
