About The Role Provide specialist workplace relations and injury management advice across Chisholm. Manage WorkCover effectively. Lead the implementation of and provide expert advice on Enterprise Agreements and Awards. Manage employee cases within a person‑centred, trauma‑informed framework. Manage budgets, reporting, compliance, and risk to align with organisational goals. Deliver initiatives aligned with Chisholm’s Strategic Plan. About You You are an experienced workplace relations and injury management professional with expertise in workplace relations and injury management in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. You have the ability to resolve complex cases, interpret Enterprise Agreements and Awards within legislative frameworks and consistent with Chisholm’s policies. Your demonstrated ability to build rapport and effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders is underpinned by your excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. You are able to build trust, influence and empower teams. Qualifications Essential Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, law, psychology, or a related discipline. Substantial experience in implementing complex enterprise agreements, injury management and resolving employee cases. A willingness to undertake regular training to ensure up to date knowledge and skills. Desirable Post graduate qualification in a related discipline.
