Key Focus Areas: Fund reporting, treasury, and analytics – overseeing investor applications/redemptions, portfolio forecasting, and monthly performance reporting Investor support – partnering closely with the distribution team to respond to investor queries, due diligence requests, and reporting needs Institutional mandate execution – managing fund structures, hedging strategies, and back leverage facilities Process and platform enhancement – leading initiatives around AI integration, reporting improvements, and product development Ideal Candidate Profile: You will bring a strong finance background, ideally with experience in real estate credit or direct real estate. Proven ability in financial modelling, fund operations, and stakeholder management is essential, along with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
