We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at Toothbuds Paediatric Dentistry in Morley, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental practice, ensuring exceptional patient care and driving the success of our growing business. What you’ll be doing Manage and coordinate the activities of the administration team, including scheduling, training and performance management Oversee patient flow, scheduling and appointment management to maximise efficiency and patient satisfaction Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures within the dental practice Manage financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting Implement and maintain effective administrative and operational systems Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service Collaborate with other managers to identify and implement process improvements Act as a point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise What we’re looking for Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in a similar practice management or team leader role within a dental or healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Proficient in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements and best practices A genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care and customer service What we offer At Toothbuds Paediatric Dentistry, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
