Why you’ll love this role As Partnership Sales Manager – Wealth & Advisory , you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Send’s reach through strategic partnerships with wealth managers, financial advisers, asset management firms and the technologies that service these industries. You’ll be focused on acquiring, nurturing, and scaling partnerships that generate a consistent flow of client referrals — connecting Send to individuals and businesses with international payment and FX needs. You’ll do this through selling Send’s API, white‑label and referral solutions. This is a relationship‑driven commercial role ideal for someone who loves building networks, understanding client journeys, and creating win‑win partnerships . What you’ll do Identify, engage, and acquire wealth management, financial advisory, and asset management firms as referral and channel partners. Identify the technologies and software that service the industry, creating workflow‑driven FX solutions through API and white‑label relationships. Develop and execute a targeted partnership strategy that drives high‑quality client referrals to Send. Build deep, trusted relationships with advisers and key stakeholders to understand their client needs and position Send’s solutions effectively. Deliver partner enablement programs, co‑marketing initiatives, and education sessions to support partner engagement and success. Collaborate with internal teams — including Account Management, Marketing, and Compliance — to ensure seamless onboarding and long‑term partner growth. Represent Send at industry events, networking groups, and conferences to elevate brand awareness within the wealth and advisory ecosystem. Track and report on performance metrics, pipeline health, and partner ROI to optimise strategy and execution. What you’ll bring 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within financial services, fintech, or wealth management. A strong understanding of how financial advisers, wealth managers, and asset management firms operate, including their client engagement models and compliance frameworks. Demonstrated success in building and scaling referral or channel partnerships that deliver measurable revenue outcomes. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills—you build trust, influence, and long‑term alignment. A self‑starter attitude with strong commercial acumen, able to balance relationship‑building with performance goals. A passion for helping financial professionals deliver better client outcomes through innovative, reliable cross‑border payment solutions.
