About the Role As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll contribute to designing and implementing our Target Operating Model (TOM) and business architecture. You’ll work closely with solution architects and transformation teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions that align with strategic objectives. You will join our large Analysis Chapter that supports a variety of medium to large scale programs across the Suncorp Group. The Chapter consists of around 290 like‑minded analysts, where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing. What You’ll Do Lead analysis for Target Operating Model design, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and transformation goals. Document current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improved customer outcomes. Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to validate requirements and ensure technical feasibility. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather insights and drive consensus on business architecture. Provide coaching and guidance to junior analysts, fostering capability uplift across the team. Actively participate in agile delivery rhythms, including stand‑ups, showcases, and planning sessions. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in Target Operating Model design and business architecture within complex organisations. Strong background in business analysis with advanced knowledge of frameworks such as BABOK and Lean Six Sigma. Ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Experience collaborating with solution architects and transformation teams to deliver integrated solutions. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence for managing requirements and delivery. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
