At Alfaparf Milano Professional , we’re seeking a confident and driven Brand Educator to join our team in Perth — someone who can inspire, teach, and drive growth across our retail, wholesale, and professional salon channels . About the Role This is not your typical educator role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on autonomy , has strong presentation and communication skills, and wants to own the performance of key accounts in the region. Candidates must have valid Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position. Key Responsibilities Lead product education and training in the key accounts such as (Salon Express, Price Attack, Hairhouse, Oz Hair and Beauty and Hair Supplies). Manage a monthly call cycle, to ensure consistency in education and training, merchandising, to ultimately grow sales for both client and company. Take ownership of performance as your efforts will directly influence results, and incentives will be tied to growth. Represent the Alfaparf Milano Professional brand with professionalism, creativity, and consistency across all touchpoints. Flexible in approach relative to differing stakeholder needs, as you’ll be dealing with franchisees, store managers, business owners and staff. Be the point of call for all key account related matters. What You’ll Need to Succeed Minimum of 5+ years of hair industry experience is required for this position, ideally in a salon, education, or brand support role. Strong training and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging across different types of accounts. A passion for education as a growth tool — not just for teaching, but for driving commercial outcomes. Confidence in managing your own schedule and performance within a structured territory. Ability to work across both professional and consumer-facing environments . A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout WA metropolitan areas. Why Join Alfaparf Milano?
