Inventory Controller Join to apply for the Inventory Controller role at Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners. Responsibilities As the Raw Materials Flow Controller, you will report to the Raw Materials Team Manager and be based at our facility in Northmead. Your key responsibilities include: Ensuring safe operation of the Raw Materials area, identifying and managing hazards, and maintaining safety audit standards. Creating inbound shipment records via ASN, managing non‑EWM deliveries, and overseeing returns and outbound needs. Coordinating forklift operations and supervising forklift drivers. Managing ISF and raw material requests, and preparing penalty/delay reports. Building and maintaining reports on outstanding deliveries. Raising purchase orders, stock‑taking consumables, and ordering as needed. Handling recycling material and managing related rebates. Maintaining data integrity in SAP/EWM/readsoft systems. Assisting with troubleshooting receiving & line consumption errors. Conducting cycle counting of raw materials. Providing end‑to‑end support as an EWM super‑user and training teammates. Typical Daily Activities Ensure safe operations of raw material area including chemicals – identify and manage hazards. Inbound creation via ASN’s. Receipting of non‑EWM deliveries. Manage returns – Orbis bins, can bodies, Scholle boxes, NCR stock and pallets, Dunnage etc. Manage ISF and Raw Material requests. Manage Forklifts. Safety audits of Racking. Manage Readsoft Invoices. Manage / follow up on outstanding deliveries and produce and manage outstanding deliveries report. Raise purchase orders. Stocktake of consumables and reorder and can body stock‑takes daily. Manage recycling material. Inbound receiving TU creation. Assist with troubleshooting receiving and line consumptions errors. Cycle counting of Raw Materials. Rebates from recycling companies. EWM – Superuser – assist with training. Note: A detailed job description is available on request. About You Good understanding of raw material flows and ability to manage suppliers. Strong time‑management skills to meet schedules. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Team player with strong collaboration skills. Capable of occasional lifting up to 25 kg. Proficient in SAP, EWM, and other relevant systems. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SOX compliance. Valid forklift licence or willing to obtain one promptly. Working Hours & Location Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm – have the afternoon free. Based at our busy facility in Northmead. Laptop and iPhone will be provided.
