Inventory Controller

Location: Pemulwuy, NSW 2145 Pay Rate: $38.75 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts | Start between 6:30-7:00am Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing About the Role We're seeking an experienced and detail‑driven Inventory Controller to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this hands‑on role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating variances, and ensuring efficient material flow throughout the business. You'll play a key part in supporting the rollout of our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics), identifying process improvements, and upholding compliance with safety and company standards. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and variance reporting Manage daily inventory transactions, stock adjustments, and audits Oversee disposal and management of obsolete or surplus inventory Support ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) implementation and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate across departments to resolve stock discrepancies Ensure compliance with site safety and inventory control procedures What You'll Bring ✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in inventory control or warehousing, ideally within a manufacturing environment ✅ Solid understanding of inventory processes and supply chain management ✅ Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem‑solving skills✅ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite ✅ Experience using Microsoft Dynamics ERP (highly regarded)✅ Excellent interpersonal and time management skills✅ Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced, changing environment ✅ Valid forklift licence preferred but not essential Why Join Us?
