About the Role Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We’re looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to safeguard our operations and ensure compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. You'll provide 2LoD compliance advisory oversight to ensure we meet our regulatory requirements and deliver good customer outcomes. Responsibilities Supporting effective challenge, and providing clear, well-structured compliance input Developing and implementing our compliance management system, particularly to ensure compliant customer outcomes, and manage the training programme Reviewing marketing communications and analysing complaints to maintain compliance standard Reading large pieces of regulation and breaking down what's needed to be done and how it applies to the business model Working closely with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to ensure that local risk management frameworks and processes are aligned with global ones and deliver the intended outcome Performing regulatory issue identification and tracking actions to completion Liaising with key internal (e.g. Legal, Risk, BSA/AML officer, etc.) and external (e.g. regulators, advisors, vendors, partners, etc.) stakeholders as required Creating, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch Qualifications Fluency in English and Danish Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator Strong ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis Background in policy creation and implementation Expertise with payments, prepaid cards, and/or deposits Understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk Strong communication skills with people in different groups and regulators Multi-tasking abilities with close attention to detail Demonstrated sound judgement Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Knowledge and experience in regulatory requirements relating to payments, and a willingness and passion to develop knowledge and expertise in the other areas (e.g. crypto and privacy) D&I Statement Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
