About the Role We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Branch Administrator to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role is pivotal in supporting branch operations and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for organisation and problem‑solving, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Flights, roster, leave, and accommodation booking/management General purchase requisitions and purchase orders (including receipting) PPE and office supply stocktake Attending to phone calls and managing shared inbox Vendor and contractor management – property and facilities repairs What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with FCC, Esker, Ariba desirable Previous experience in administration or similar role preferred Mandatory Requirements Ability to work Monday to Friday (40–45 hours per week including breaks) Either commuter based in Newman or Perth National Police Clearance (within 12 months or willingness to obtain) Successful completion of pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol screening Our Employee Value Proposition guides how we show up and how we win, by: Doing Things That Matter – Every task you complete supports critical projects and teams across the country.
