Join the dynamic team at Viking Home Loans as a Loan Assistant Admin. This full-time role based in Bankstown, NSW will see you play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and loan support for our growing mortgage business. What you'll be doing Process and manage a portfolio of residential mortgage loan applications from start to finish Gather and prepare customer supporting documents Liaise with customers, real estate agents, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth loan application process Prepare loan documents and submissions for loan approval Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with customers throughout the loan process Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies Contribute to the continuous improvement of loan processing workflows and procedures What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in a loan processing, customer service or administration role within the banking/mortgage industry Minimum 1-2 years of experience in loan processing or mortgage industry is required Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders Proficient in using mortgage application and customer relationship management systems Sound knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulations and compliance requirements Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills Australian work authorisation is required for this position If you're ready to take the next step in your career, apply now to become our newest Loan Processing Admin. #J-18808-Ljbffr
