Your role will involve detailed design work, drafting, FEA and project management/establishment including handovers to the operations team.We hold high value in your work ethic and any relevant industry experience. We understand that our products are unique to the Australian Market, so we are willing to train the right person on the industry specific elements, but we need someone who is strong in design and drafting skill sets. The business is currently operating Solidworks for engineering design and drafting, with Greentree ERP as our costing and management software. We offer a flexible and challenging work environment with a team focus on achieving goals together. Frequently asked questions Salary: We are offering a competitive salary package, and we are happy to discuss that up front with shortlisted candidates. Hours: generally 40-45 hours per week with some weeks back to 40 minimum and others slightly higher based on workload; this is discussed, not enforced. Solidworks experience: Yes, ideally you will have Solidworks experience or a very similar package at a minimum.
