Opportunity This role is for a motivated and skilled Leading Hand who will oversee and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their work aligns with agreed scopes, specifications, designs, and contracts. This key role works closely with the Site Manager and requires a proactive individual with the ability to exercise initiative and judgment to maintain the highest standards in safety, quality, scheduling, cost management, and environmental care. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project timelines are met. Work under an experienced Site Manager, carrying out outlined duties. Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard. Conduct site inspections and report progress. Assist with hands‑on work including safety installs when required. Skills and Experience Cert IV Trade in Carpentry or TAFE Building Diploma. Proficiency in MS Word, Project, Excel, Outlook and associated software. Class 2 Building experience. Working knowledge of the Building Code of Australia, Security of Payments Act, WHS Act/Regulations, and Codes of Practice. Strong organisational, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
