We’ve helped bring that vision to life for many organisations – from start-up and emerging businesses, privately-owned businesses, and corporates.We work with privately-held organisations, with many businesses in manufacturing, sales and distribution, and retail; and addressing supply chain and operational challenges are critical to unlocking their growth potential.We are now looking for an independent Supply Chain and Operations Consultant/Analyst with a focus on ESG.Key Responsibilities:Support the integration of ESG criteria into supply chain and operational improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable and ethical practices for our client projectsDeliver assessments of existing supply chain processes, assess the environmental and social impact and recommend improvements to enhance sustainability and ethical standardsDevelop ESG improvement plans and roadmaps for clients or you to help execute onDevelop supply chain and operation that incorporate ESG strategies and best practices that align with clients' business & sustainability goals and objectivesAnalyse data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings and operational enhancements, improve resource efficiencies and reducing wasteSupport improvements across inventory management systems, demand forecasting models, and supply chain performance measurement tools to include ESG factorsSales and operations planning analyticsCoach and collaborate with client teams and support the adoption of new supply chain processes and toolsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all supply chain, operational and ESG related mattersStay informed about ESG trends, emerging sustainability technologies, and best practices to continuously improve client offerings and stay ahead in the marketWhat we are looking for:Proven experience working as a Supply Chain and Operations or ESG Consultant or in a similar role, preferably within a consulting firm or in-house consultingIn-depth knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts, methodologies, and best practicesStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Why join us:Joining Active Directions gives you the opportunity to join a highly collaborative and networked environment.
