Supply Chain Director

Job Description - Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute supply chain strategies around demand and supply planning, logistics, and customer service to be aligned with corporate objectives to drive operational excellence.
Create a positive performance-driven culture by defining and monitoring critical KPIs for demand planning, supply planning, and overall supply chain operations. Lead initiatives to surpass operational benchmarks.
Oversee demand planning processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance accuracy in forecasting and responsiveness to market dynamics.
Implement supply planning initiatives, optimizing inventory levels, production scheduling, and distribution strategies to meet market demands efficiently.
Drive positive collaboration with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Implement a comprehensive risk management framework, fortifying the supply chain against disruptions and instigating agile responses to unforeseen challenges.
Spearhead initiatives to optimize costs across the supply chain, demonstrating fiscal acumen in managing budgets while upholding the commitment to quality.
Lead a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging industry best practices, cutting-edge technologies, and data analytics to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
Drive data analytics to elevate supply chain visibility, forecasting accuracy, and strategic decision-making.
Ensure meticulous adherence to regional and international regulations governing supply chain operations, safeguarding its reputation and integrity.
The Successful Applicant - Key Requirements:
Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrable executive-level experience (10+ years) in supply chain leadership roles within global organizations.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a track record of successfully driving transformative initiatives.
Strong communication and influential leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse functions.
Proven success in implementing process improvements and cost optimization strategies.
Proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge supply chain management software and advanced analytics tools.
FMCG industry background is a must.
