Helping Solutions is seeking a passionate and proactive Area Coordinator for the Manjimup region . This pivotal role will oversee service delivery for aged care home care and disability clients, ensuring exceptional client engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Our mission is to deliver helpful disability solutions that improve liveability and promote the well‑being of people living with disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Service Coordination & Oversight Manage day-to-day operations for aged care home care and NDIS services in the Manjimup area. Conduct client assessments and develop person‑centred care plans in consultation with clients and families. Oversee rostering and scheduling to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Coordinate, monitor and review services to ensure alignment with client goals, approvals and funding allocations. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Act as the primary contact for clients and families, building trust and strong relationships. Travel within the region to conduct home visits and provide in‑person support. Build and engage with local hospital and community organisations to strengthen partnerships. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards. Maintain accurate documentation, service agreements, and data integrity. Monitor service performance and implement improvements where required. Lead and support a team of support workers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high‑quality care. Growth & Community Engagement Meet prospective clients in their homes, explaining service packages, agreements, funding, and budgets clearly. Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen community connections. Contribute to strategic initiatives and regional growth plans. To succeed in this role, you will need: Certificate III in Aged Care/Community Services (or equivalent). Extensive experience in aged care sector, ideally complemented by some exposure to disability, health, or a related sector, with a strong understanding of client value. Strong leadership and coordination skills with experience managing teams. Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. Strong organisational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using client management systems. Knowledge of My Aged Care portal and referral processes (highly desirable).
