Senior Interior Designer and Interior Designer (Hotel & Hospitality Projects) Hachem is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Brunswick East, Melbourne, renowned for delivering bold, intelligent and highly considered design across luxury hotels, hospitality, residential and commercial environments. We combine big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail, delivering highly memorable guest experiences. From 5-star hotels to intimate bars and restaurants, our work spans Australia and the Asia-Pacific region for multinational hotel clients. Full-time | Melbourne | 8+ years’ experience We’re seeking a highly capable Senior Interior Designer with extensive hotel and F&B design experience who can lead concept creation, manage complex packages, and drive projects from briefing to delivery. Key Requirements 8+ years’ interior design experience, with substantial hotel design experience (essential). Strong experience across guestrooms, suites, public areas, F&B venues. Ability to create original, high-level concepts independently. Advanced documentation skills, including joinery, millwork, FF&E and materials packages. Confident in client presentations with developers, hotel operators, and internal stakeholders. Ability to guide junior team members and coordinate internal workflows. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office. Personal Attributes Enthusiastic, collaborative, and willing to learn. Comfortable in a fast-paced studio environment. Passionate about hospitality, detail, and exceptional guest experience. Interior Designer (Hotel & Hospitality Projects) Full-time | Melbourne | 3+ years’ experience We’re looking for an Interior Designer with a strong foundation in hotel or hospitality design to support project teams across concept development, documentation, and FF&E. Key Requirements 3+ years’ interior design experience, ideally with hotel or hospitality experience. Confident with FF&E schedules, materials, specifications, and documentation. Ability to support concept development and detailed design packages. Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite. SketchUp (SKU) is a plus. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
