Add expected salary to your profile for insights Senior Interior Designer Upto $90k+ Super Fulltime Permanent We’re partnering with a leading Melbourne design studio known for crafting high‑end hotel and luxury hospitality spaces across Australia and abroad. With a strong pipeline of boutique and large‑scale hotel projects, the team is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to take creative ownership, lead concept direction and guide project teams from early vision through to completion. The Role As a senior within the design team, you will play a key role in shaping interior concepts, materials, guest experience and spatial narrative across premium hotel environments. This is a hands‑on position suited to someone confident leading design packages, presenting to clients and mentoring designers. You will be responsible for: Leading concept development and guest‑experience driven design Producing high quality interior documentation with a design‑led approach Managing hotel projects through concept → design development → delivery Client engagement, presentations, consultant coordination & FF&E direction Mentoring junior designers and contributing to overall studio culture What You’ll Bring Minimum 6+ years’ interior design experience Demonstrated experience on hotel or luxury hospitality projects Proficiency in Revit & Adobe Suite (SketchUp/Enscape desirable) Strong design sensibility, detailing knowledge and material understanding Confident communicator with client‑facing capability Ability to lead project stages and manage internal workflow Why Join?
