About The Role Support the Service Manager, Next Steps, to align our Suicide Prevention Aftercare Service with NSW Universal Aftercare Guidelines. Lead project coordination, stakeholder engagement, reporting and quality initiatives while working closely with clinicians, peer workers and partners across GPH.
