Flexible casual hours (minimum 15-20 hours per week) Availability required for at least two weekdays between 7am–6pm Support clients across the Mornington Peninsula including Mornington, Frankston, Langwarrin, and Somerville Here's what you will be doing: Supporting clients with everyday household tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment—this includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and doing laundry Assisting with meal preparation Offering companionship Observing and reporting any changes in client wellbeing or concerns promptly About you We are looking for caring, reliable individuals who genuinely value the opportunity to support older Australians in living independently and with dignity in their own homes. Essentials Current Victorian Driver’s Licence, up to date car insurance (comprehensive or 3rd party) Ability to follow a set task list for each client Capacity to perform home care tasks adequately and within guidelines Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certificate Why VMCH?
