Location: Head Office Vinarco International LimitedEmployment Type: Full-timeStart Date: 15 September 2025 About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Officer to join our ICT & Telecommunications Division. You will play a key role in managing procurement and logistics operations to support telecommunication projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate logistics for telecom equipment and materials. Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring. Oversee transportation and delivery to project sites, ensuring safe and timely arrival. Control procurement budgets and optimize supply chain costs. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. Prepare and manage procurement documentation (POs, invoices, delivery records). Provide reports on logistics performance and cost analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to meet project and client needs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics. Strong background in purchasing, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
