Join JSW Drilling as a Purchasing Supervisor, a key role supporting our operations by managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships also assisting with maintenance planning. You'll ensure our drill rigs, workshops, and field operations remain fully supplied and operational with minimal downtime. You will report direct to the Plant Manager. Your key responsibilities will include: Full-cycle procurement of drilling consumables, rig parts, PPE, and specialised equipment. Manage inventory levels, stock control, and data integrity in Pronto ERP. Coordinate freight and logistics for remote drill sites and urgent breakdowns. Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate competitive pricing. Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and compliance documentation. Provide accurate reporting and communication across procurement and operations teams. The position is based at our head office in Bibra Lake, offering full-time hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Skills & Experience Proven experience in procurement and supply chain (mining or industrial environment preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of procurement/purchasing experience is required for this role. Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management. Familiarity with Pronto ERP or similar systems. Ability to interpret technical drawings and parts books. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
