Associate / VP Investment Banking (Infrastructure & Energy) Location: Sydney or Melbourne Sector: Infrastructure Energy Transition & Renewables Are you passionate about shaping the future of infrastructure and energy? We’re working with leading investment banks and advisory firms seeking talented professionals to join their teams and deliver high‑impact transactions across Australia’s rapidly evolving energy and infrastructure landscape. What You’ll Do Support and lead the execution of M&A transactions, equity and debt financings, and strategic advisory mandates. Work across asset classes including energy transition, renewables, utilities, transport, and digital infrastructure. Build and review complex financial models, conduct valuation analysis, and assess projects under various operating scenarios. Prepare and deliver client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation. Collaborate with senior bankers and cross‑functional teams to originate new opportunities and drive deal execution. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high‑performance culture. Qualifications 26 years of experience in investment banking M&A advisory or infrastructure project finance. Strong technical skills in financial modelling and valuation. Exposure to infrastructure or energy sectors preferred but not essential. Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
