You’ll be the first point of contact for organisations beginning their carbon and sustainability journey, helping them take the first step toward a more sustainable future. About 4Tomorrow 4Tomorrow helps businesses understand, measure and reduce their carbon footprint. We support clients with carbon accounting, emissions reporting, and net zero strategies that are practical, transparent and impactful. We provide professional services backed by leading systems, training, and strong career pathways. The Role As an Appointment Setter, your role is to contact prospective businesses, qualify their interest, and book appointments for our sustainability consultants. You will: Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads Introduce 4Tomorrow and our services Ask simple qualifying questions Book meetings/demos for our consulting team Update and maintain our CRM system Provide a friendly and professional first impression of our brand What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Confident and professional on the phone Comfortable making outbound calls Organised and detail‑oriented Motivated by targets and results A strong communicator (verbal & written) Interested in sustainability, carbon and ESG topics Experience in appointment setting, customer service, sales or contact centres is highly regarded , but we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
