What You'll Be Doing Making outbound calls to service-based business owners across Australia Leading confident, structured conversations Booking high-quality appointments into Google Calendar Sending confirmation messages using provided templates Submitting a short post-call form (no CRM admin) Contributing to a fast, consistent team rhythm Representing Rockmelon with professionalism and authority Making 100-150 calls per day to maintain high-volume calling standards The workflow is simple: No micromanagement.
