What You’ll Be Doing Calling warm inbound solar & battery enquiries who requested information Booking qualified appointments directly into the sales team’s calendar Managing SMS replies, follow‑up emails, and internal communication Keeping our CRM accurate and up‑to‑date Working side‑by‑side with a tight, high‑performing sales team Hitting targets as a team , not under pressure or pushy scripts What We’re Looking For Minimum 3+ years appointment‑setting experience Strong communication skills – confident, clear, professional Extremely reliable, organised, and detail‑driven Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment A team mindset – we hit goals together Someone who respects leads and builds rapport quickly What You’ll Get Competitive hourly rate Commissions on every sale from your booked appointments Stable flow of high‑intent inbound leads Supportive environment – no toxic sales culture or pressure tactics Ongoing coaching, development, and room to move up About Us Thomas Electrical is a locally owned and growing Gold Coast company specialising in solar, battery systems, and electrical services.
