What You’ll Be Doing Engage with warm leads (no cold calling) to book high-quality appointments and consistently hit your targets. Schedule and confirm discovery sessions for the sales team, ensuring time slots work smoothly for all parties involved. Build rapport, handle objections with confidence, and turn meaningful conversations into real opportunities. Monitor, track, and optimise your performance with a strong focus on results. Record all interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail. Experience & Skills Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you genuinely enjoy talking to people and building connections. Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail. Ability to work independently and thrive within a team environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, dialler software, and tools like teams, zoom etc. Fluent English, phone confidence, professional manner, active listening, and persuasive skills are essential for this appointment setting role.
