K-6 English Tutor Job content: Deliver engaging lessons that spark curiosity and build strong foundations in English. Teach not only enrichment classes, but also exam-focused programs where required. Use MarsLadder AI to create a seamless after-class learning loop – guiding students from explanation to practice, feedback, and mastery. Provide constructive feedback to parents and collaborate with the teaching team to improve lesson materials. Actively contribute to our mentor-led training system, sharing insights and improving our hybrid teaching model. Inspire students with positivity, patience, and energy. K-6 English Tutor Job requirements: Strong communication skills in English, with native-level pronunciation, and the ability to teach fully in English. Passion for education and the ability to teach in a lively, inspiring, and student-friendly way. Willingness to learn and integrate AI tools into teaching. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a high standard of work. Experience in teaching exam-focused programs is highly regarded. Previous K–6 enrichment or tutoring experience preferred. Must hold (or be able to obtain) a Working With Children Check . Availability to teach weekend classes. Y7-Y12 English Tutor Job content: Design and deliver engaging lessons for senior students, covering VCE, HSC, or IB English. Integrate MarsLadder AI into the learning process – using its data insights to personalise feedback, track progress, and prepare students for exams. Contribute to the development of teaching materials including notes, tests, and practice resources. Work closely with students and parents to build confidence and academic strategy . Participate in internal training, research, and mentor programs , helping improve teaching quality across campuses. Inspire students not just to study, but to love learning and aim higher . Y7-Y12 English Tutor Job requirements: Strong academic background – experience with VCE, HSC, or IB curriculum. Experience in English tutoring or teaching senior-level students is essential. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly in English. Confidence in using AI-powered teaching tools . Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
