AFTERNOON Warehouse Hand required for busy sign company (SYDNEY) We require warehouse hand to join our team for an immediate start. The position available is to join our team of sign installers getting jobs ready in the warehouse to be installed by our team of sign installers installing real estate signage at domestic and commercial premises. Work start time is 12pm (lunchtime) daily (or as otherwise negotiated), working until daily jobs are complete (expected 6-8 hours per day). Skills Required: basic understanding of power tools (drill, saw etc) good sense of direction and common sense Hard‑working attitude with good problem‑solving skills ability to work unsupervised Manual Drivers License (license preferred but not mandatory, please list if you have a manual drivers license) Forklift ticket would be preferable, however this is not a requirement. Jobs to be undertaken in this position: Laying up vinyl prints on signboards read to be installed in the field. Cutting and painting timber for the basic construction of signboards building signboards with basic tools stapling canvas prints to timber frames general warehousing duties Position is based in Silverwater, with a start time of 12pm , working approximately 6-8 hours per day. Position is casual, based on experience. Casual rate is $32 per hour, plus super.
