About You As part of the Learning Support Team you will assist the classroom teacher in providing a quality Catholic education focused on maximising student outcomes, through a holistic, student centred curriculum. The successful candidate will be able to : demonstrate experience implementing adjustments for students with a range of diverse learning needs to enhance learning growth across all KLAs collaboratively and collegially work as a member of the Diverse Learning team possess strong communication skills and the ability to deal sensitively with students, parents / carers and staff when required provide in class support to students who may have a mild to moderate cognitive disability use Catholic Schools NSW PPSD profiles is an advantage administer one on one and small group interventions to students with a diverse range of learning abilities assist in administering a range of standardised assessments help maintain school based data and records while upholding confidentiality use and integrate technology across a wide range of administrative and curriculum applications into everyday learning and planning have the ability to be organised, supportive and resourceful.
