Job Description Product Owner is accountable for designing customer journeys and marketing campaigns that are effective, customer‑focused, and aligned with best practices. The Product Owner manages and prioritises the product backlog, defines a roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, participates in Agile sprint planning, crafts clear user stories with acceptance criteria, embraces iterative development, and leverages customer feedback for continuous improvement. The role also requires strong leadership and influence to guide development teams and stakeholders toward achieving the product vision and strategic goals.
