Applications Close: 31/12/2025 Work Type: Casual Location: Perth Metropolitan RCR Mining Technologies – Heat Treatment Division has an exciting career opportunity for a motivated Trade Assistant / Technician to join our team at our Welshpool Workshop . This role offers a fantastic pathway to becoming a qualified Heat Treatment Technician — perfect for someone eager to learn, work hands‑on, and build a long‑term career in the industry. About the Role As part of our experienced Heat Treatment team, you will receive comprehensive training to perform a range of duties including: Testing and quality control of Heat Treated products Monitoring Heat Treatment operations and managing non‑conformities Maintaining workflow to ensure on‑time delivery of treated materials Receiving and despatching Heat Treatment products Loading and unloading furnaces Performing product testing to specifications Setting up mobile Heat Treatment equipment (combustion and electrical) About You We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and keen to learn.
