Overview Our inbound phone‑based contact centre operates 365 days a year. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office. In this role, you’ll drive sales by understanding our members’ needs and providing quick, effective solutions from our great range of products and services. Be a champion of personalised conversations, delivering exceptional service that brings our brand promise to life. What we’re looking for Be highly motivated and driven, with a positive nature. Have strong personal initiative and enthusiasm. Be an active listener with strong communication skills to determine needs and solutions. Have a strong customer‑centric mindset, demonstrating exceptional service and sales skills. Be naturally curious, resilient, empathetic and adaptable. Be able to achieve both individual and team goals. Have intermediate PC skills and knowledge of relevant software (highly desirable). Have the desire to grow their career with us. Hours and Learning Start date: Wednesday, 10 December 2025. 5‑week rotational shift roster – every 5th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) with shifts between 9:00 am and 11:00 pm. Location: 550 Princes Highway, Noble Park. Learning program: 3‑month learning program available between 9:00 am and 7:30 pm Monday–Friday. Dedicated support during learning: comprehensive support for mastering systems, customer service, sales, and product knowledge.
