About the Role We’re on the lookout for a skilled Combo Jet/Vac Truck Operator to join our growing team in South Geelong. You’ll be operating specialised equipment to perform essential services such as: Drain cleaning Stormwater asset maintenance You’ll work closely with clients and site representatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct daily pre-start checks and equipment maintenance Operate safely and efficiently on civil/construction sites Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively Maintain high standards and contribute to continuous improvement Follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE Required Skill Set and Qualifications (Essential) HR Licence – required for operating heavy vehicles within TDG Environmental’s fleet. Construction White Card – required for access to all civil and utility worksites. Preferred / Advantageous Experience (Optional but beneficial) Prior experience within the drainage, utilities, or civil construction industry. Confined Space Entry (CSE) . Working at Heights certification. Exposure to Non-Destructive Digging (NDD), CCTV operations, or general labouring within a similar environment. Additional Requirements Flexible with working hours, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekend work depending on client demand. Ability to work across multiple job types and support operational needs as required. Good attitude toward safety, teamwork, and representing TDG Environmental professionally on client sites. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police check.
