About the Role We are seeking a highly proficient and capable Fleet Manager to take strategic ownership of key group accounts whilst also growing the portfolio with new fleet business. This pivotal role is structured to suit a candidate who is excellent with time management and strong with relationship building, all with a built-in results-driven attitude. The fleet professional we are seeking will have a strong background in fleet account management, FMO experience is highly regarded and looking to make a significant impact within a well-established and fast-paced automotive environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in nurturing long-standing client relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow the Fleet and FMO portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing key fleet accounts, with a focus on long-term relationships Co‑ordinate end‑to‑end fleet sales processes, from quotation to delivery Managing your time to balance quotations with 3rd party KPIs, deliveries and business development Be data‑driven, including making pricing recommendations, while maintaining a strong overall commercial focus on the dealership business Build strong, consultative relationships with corporate clients Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, finance, and logistics teams Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the fleet market and automotive trends Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience Proven ability to manage high-volume key accounts efficiently, with strong time management traits Deep understanding of the Australian automotive market and fleet management organisations (FMO) Experience working with European marques and/or high volume vehicle brands is preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work autonomously What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a portfolio of prestigious and high-demand automotive brands Supportive team environment with room for career advancement Access to a company vehicle Ongoing training and development If you believe this opportunity aligns with your skill, attitude, ambitions, and you're ready to contribute to the continued success and growth of our organisation, we encourage you to take the next step in your career journey.
