As General Manager – Multi Property, you will lead both sites from the hotel’s flagship Adelphi Hotel, overseeing operations, financial performance and stakeholder relations. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across both properties, ensuring service and presentation excellence. Lead, develop and mentor multi‑site teams, delivering consistent guest satisfaction. Manage financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, P&L accountability and cost controls. Build and maintain strong relationships with apartment owners, body corporate and strata‑titled stakeholders. Act as primary liaison for strata‑titled property stakeholders, ensuring transparency, trust and alignment of interests. Drive sales, local engagement and market growth in Melbourne’s competitive CBD environment. Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety and company policies. Qualifications & Skills Extensive experience in senior hotel leadership, ideally across multi‑site or strata‑titled properties. Strong financial acumen with proven track record in revenue management, budgeting and cost control. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, particularly with apartment owners and corporate partners. Strong leadership ability to inspire, guide and manage teams across multiple sites. Knowledge of hotel systems: PMS (RMS Cloud preferred), Channel Management and accounting software. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach to operations and guest experience delivery. A clear commitment to compliance, safety and operational standards.
