A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asset Manager to join our friendly close knit team, overseeing the management of a mixed portfolio of office, retail and industrial property in the south west region. This role can be based either from our Bunbury or Perth metro office. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering a high level of service to our loyal clients with a focus on building and maintaining long term, valued relationships and providing quality property management services. Duties include Management of all aspects of a portfolio of 80-100 properties, including tenancy schedules, rent reviews and negotiating lease renewals Management of all financials including monthly reporting, preparation of annual budgets, outgoings recoveries, audits and reconconciliations Coding of creditor invoices, processing accounts payable Monitor and actively pursue rental arrears Conducting regular property inspections Liaison and negotiation with tenants and owners About You You hold a valid and current registration and have at least 3 years' experience in commercial real estate demonstrating the above skills (highly regarded). You hold strong communication and analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail. Competent skills in utilising MS Office Suite is required and experience with Cirrus 8 will be highly regarded. You have a positive can-do attitude and most importantly a good sense of humour.
