About the Opportunity This is a great opportunity to join our finance team in Cremorne, on a 13 month fixed term contract (parental leave cover). As Finance Lead (ANZ), a key role in the ANZ financial control team, you’ll be responsible for managing the month-end process and driving process improvement to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. This is a crucial role overseeing the financial health of Reece Limited. About you Demonstrated experience coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units, partnering with senior management and influencing stakeholders of varying levels of seniority. Strong technical knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, including Tax, FBT and compliance. Advanced communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), ability to present complex data and concepts to enable decision making. High attention to detail and excellent organisational and planning skills, with demonstrated ability to build out and deliver structured timelines. Highly motivated, energetic, flexible, curious to learn, with a can-do attitude. Experience mentoring and coaching team members. Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, commerce or related. As well as CA/CPA qualification.
