Role Overview We’re seeking an experienced digital communicator with a strategic vision to lead and develop our digital platforms, including the website and social media. You will advise on digital strategies, campaigns, and developments, working closely with senior stakeholders and leading a team, including a social media coordinator. The role emphasizes collaboration, community values, and cultural integrity. Key Qualifications Experience in developing and managing strategic communications initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills and strategic advice capabilities. Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills across multiple projects. Experience with social media management, digital promotions, and content integration. Technical proficiency with content management systems for websites. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Leadership experience supervising team members. Minimum five years in a communications role at a mid or project manager level. Commitment to ethical engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
