About the role Exiting role is for a Senior Digital Account Manager within a creative / digital agency in Brisbane. The main focus is to drive digital growth, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality digital projects end-to-end. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal digital / creative teams — both strategic and hands-on. Key duties Lead and grow client accounts, delivering measurable digital results. Act as the main point of contact, maintaining strong client relationships. Develop and execute strategic digital plans and campaigns. Manage digital projects end-to-end — timelines, budgets, and resources. Identify opportunities for upselling, partnerships, and business growth. Monitor quality, report performance, and provide insights to clients and internal teams. Skills & Experience 5+ years’ experience in a digital agency or client-facing digital environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, UX / UI, SEO, SEM, and social media. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — confident presenting to clients. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic thinker, able to translate client goals into actionable digital plans. Experienced with analytics, reporting tools, and project management software.
