The role brings a balance of analytical thinking and human connection. The role works closely with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to define requirements, and design solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk and create measurable value Key Responsibilities: Identify, analyse and document current and future state business requirements, processes and workflows across projects and transformation initiatives. Translate business needs to actionable technical or process requirements for solution design and implementation. Support testing and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business outcomes. Identify existing, emerging or potential risks or issues and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to lessen impact. Participate in testing, training, communications and change management activities. Ensure alignment between project objectives, scope and business needs. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including project sponsors, managers and cross functional teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and digitisation. Support the design and implementation of new systems, tools and digital workflows. Skills & Experience: Experience working within a PMO or project management environment. Experience developing and maintaining key business analysis deliverables such as requirements documentation, user journeys, personas, process models and functional specifications. Experience engaging diverse stakeholders including business users, technical teams and executive sponsors to ensure alignment and shared understanding of project goals. Experience supporting testing and quality assurance activities, including test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of business requirements. Experience in business case development, including cost benefit analysis and defining measurable outcomes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. Ability to manage competing priorities and work within defined timelines, budgets and quality expectations.
