Reporting to a Business Design Lead, these newly created roles will be critical in driving enterprise-wide change across people, process, technology and information, with a strong emphasis on People & Culture initiatives. You’ll work on projects that improve HR systems, workforce planning, skills development, and organisational capability; helping ASC build the frameworks and processes needed to meet future demand. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document and validate business requirements and processes. Conduct current and future state assessments, gap analyses, and support business case development. Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into actionable outcomes. Provide change impact analysis and implementation support. Monitor and measure business outcomes and benefits. Support agile and waterfall delivery methods. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery. About you Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field. Proven experience in business analysis within complex environments. Skilled in process improvement, HR or workforce planning, and data analysis. Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft and process management tools. Highly autonomous, collaborative, and solutions-focused. Agile certification and business analysis methodology certification (desirable). This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
